Air Cleaners

With so much hype surrounding mold, home owners want to know that their home's air conditioning system and ductwork has been thoroughly inspected for mold. Mold sampling has become standard during home inspections and now is offered as a complimentary service by All Year Cooling during your air conditioning install. The only way to deteremine if mold is a problem in your air conditioning system is through lab testing and inspection.

Visual Inspection

A visual inspection is the first step in identifying contamination problems. The Indoor Air Quality Specialist will visually identify mold in the air conditioning system and throughout the ductwork. He will recommend sampling if there is noticeable mold growth, musty odors, poorly maintained air conditioning systems, construction defects or any other indications that mold may be present. By combining a visual inspection with other techniques such as air sampling and swab sampling, Indoor Air Quality Specialist's help reveal hidden sources of mold, allergens and indoor pollutants, as well as water or moisture damage.
