Air cooled condensers cleaned and inspected

Evaporator coils checked
All moving parts lubricated
Refrigerant level checked
Refrigerant pressures checked

Gas/oil efficiency checked (furnaces)
Drain pan and drain lines checked
All belts adjusted where applicable
Operating pressures and power consumption monitored
All safety controls cleaned and adjusted

All services are performed twice per year in the spring and fall at a fixed price by a trained All Year Cooling service technician.
