Their team went above and beyond, even coming out on a stormy day to install a completely new heating and air system for both upstairs and downstairs. Despite the muddy conditions outside, they were incredibly professional and respectful of my home. I have white carpet, and after they left, you couldn't even tell they had been walking through! A big thanks to All Year Cooling & Heating. They have been our go to Kernersville provider of all of our heat and air needed or scheduled services from replacing our duct work to making sure our heat and air are functioning optimally. They are dependable and almost feel like family after so many years of friendly, honest and caring knowledgeable service. When I had surgery a few years ago I came home weak and tired and noticed I couldn’t see my thermostat well or reach it so I called and asked if they could help me with it. They were able to come by and change it out for me and check on some things I didn’t know too much about. It meant so much to me because it was the first time in 30 years I had come home alone to an empty house. My husband had passed at that time and the guys from All Year were always professional and reliable but they also made me feel safe and relieved knowing that they checked everything out and replaced thermostat where I could reach it and use it without a problem. From then on I learned a lot about servicing my homes heating and air conditioning and preventative maintenance. I am just grateful for their dedication to helping folks like me who rely on them to make sure their home is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Just got duped by All Year Cooling & Heating and was charged $140. We called and told them we have a HOLE in our pipe in the attic, aka a gas leak and wants someone to come to repair it. Already inspected by Piedmont gas and turned gas off. We were NOT told that it will be an inspection first and it will cost us. Also, no one told us, if that person CANNOT fix it because they are incompetent, then we have to charge you AGAIN and the initial $140 DOES NOT go towards the work that will be done. We DID NOT call someone to inspect to see if there was a problem, we know there is a problem; so All Year Cooling & Heating choose to send an inspector and NEVER informed me of the cost implication. I am very disappointed and hope that this never happens to anyone else and trust that All Year Cooling and Heating will be more transparent and do not charge their customers without informing them. The inspector/technician said, if he could have fixed it, then he would have. So am I paying for someone incompetence? smh

I just had a new HVAC system put into my home by All Year Cooling and I couldn't be happier. Alex was super helpful throughout the quoting process and was very knowledgeable in laying out a system that more than satisfied our needs. We recently moved to an older home and had renovations done. This included a new HVAC system and they also replaced some old flex venting, cleaned the ducts, put down a new vapor barrier and replaced the crawl space vents that were falling out. I called All Year Cooling and Heating around 11:58AM today about my air conditioner not cooling and they got to my house around 12:43PM. Technician called me about 5 minutes after he got to my house and told me he found the problem. I left work and by the time I got home he was finished and my air was already cooling down my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable about my problem. I Highly recommend All Year Cooling and Heating. 10 out of 10

The technician Logan was prompt, professional and very personable. After battling issues with the drainage of my A C for quite a while, Logan recommended a high strength ultra violet system which was installed today. It was expensive but All Year only deals with the best quality parts. I am very pleased and grateful that this problem is in the past. I recommend All Year highly. They are the best.

With a high of 82F and a broken A/C...naturally, my 82-year-old grandma freaked out a bit lol. The young lady who answered the phone was so sweet to squeeze us in on a full schedule!!! Steve was our technician. He arrived within the time frame expected and was so patient and polite. Very communicative with the problems and transparent about possible costs. All Year Installed new WiFi capable thermostat for us to replace an older model. It was a simple replacement that I probably could have done myself, but a professional replacement was needed to activate a rebate from the utility company. Often a professional installation from All Year Cooling & Heating eliminates any screw-ups by us homeowners that would void warranties or require a repair for shoddy work done by inexperienced homeowners.

We had a yearly maintenance scheduled. Set up our appointment without any issues, we were told that someone would be out at a certain time. Logan showed up right on time. He looked over our equipment and promptly responded with no hesitation. We had some issues that was very noticeable to him right off the bat. He was very professional, friendly, responsive and overall super polite. Very customer friendly. Got the job complete in a little time. Saved us tons of money in the future. Thanks to Logan it made this experience excellent and we will be requesting him from now on.

Sandy called ahead of time and confirmed his visit. When he showed up, he was extremely courteous and professional. He took a look at my unit and right away know what the issue was. So, after 4 different estimates for a whole new HVAC system, All Year was the only one that didn't try to upsell me on an unseemly expensive multi-stage unit that I do not need for my 1200 sq ft house. They were also the only ones to come in with an estimate below $10k, so they are definitely a great value - thank you Jason Robbins. They were up front an honest about what I needed, which was refreshing. The others all pulled some scripted scam about calling their supervisor in the office to see if they could get me some bigger discount which was still some ungodly price.
Then Alex Smith helped me with scheduling and answered all my questions about the install. Braxton and John came out and did an excellent job on the install. They were as nice and polite and professional as you could ask for. They were beyond efficient and even finished a little earlier than I expected. They explained everything I asked about as they went and showed me how everything worked and cleaned up everything, leaving it actually a little cleaner than they found it.

Had a very big project where I needed everything to do with my AC and heating replaced. It was a big job, but All Year was able to finish the entire thing in a day. Would definitely recommend as they were also over 20% cheaper than the estimate I received from the first company that came out and looked.

Great Service ,with the "A" team from All Year Heating and Cooling ...Justin,Jason, and Alex for sitting everything up with getting us a New AC Unit (Tim & Steve for putting our AC unit in on sat!!! Unfortunately, on Sunday it quit working, my husband called on Sunday and they tried to talk him though getting it working, so on Monday they were on it,came our and fixed out problem it was the breaker!! NO CHARGE!!! THAT'S WHAT U CALL GREAT SERVICE!! Kudos to them all!!! THANK U ALL who had a part in helping with our AC!!! J & C Fowler

Checked out furnace to see IF there was a water leak....ceiling wet and falling , in room below.
Furnacce was not responsible! Suggested how to check further for cause of leak.
Repairman was polite, knowledgable,
kind and helpful!

I had to replace my complete HVAC system. They were very helpful in getting that done. The installers were very professional . And I really thought it was a great value for what I got. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. I'll be a lifelong customer with them.

Logan Wright and the team at All Year provided the type of wow in service and professionalism which is hard to find these days. They did a fantastic job cleaning our ductwork and installing the i-Wave clean air device.... also helped us with an unrelated maintenance issue virtually overnight, only because I contacted them at 5:00pm - even then, Logan walked us through a temporary fix by phone until he could arrive first thing the next morning. Super responsive, personable and technically prepared...we highly recommend them when making your choices around your heating and cooling needs. Look no further.

Peace of mind has returned!
I was lured by another HVAC provider who promised one thing, but, after a couple of years, I realized reality was a much different story. I sorely missed the prompt, personable, quality service delivered by All Year.

I highly recommend All Year. They are always nice and very professional. I have always had Logan and Josh, and they both take the time to answer any questions or concerns. Josh and Logan explain everything and what to watch out for. They never rush. They are an awesome group! I recommend them to anyone looking for a Heating and Air company!

All Year is the only HVAC company in the area I will do business with and highly recommend!
My office is in our bonus room and the builders only installed one air vent so it is extremely hot during the summer and extremely cold during the winter. Something we have been annoyed by since we moved in December of 2020.
I called All Year and they came out right away and recommended a mini split. Not only that but they asked me if I ever considered solar.
They educated me on the current green initiative and not only are we able to keep our bonus room at a preferred temperature now, but I am saving a HUGE amount on my power bill each month and am looking forward to the massive tax credit.
I highly recommend All Year to anyone!

I had a Trane AC and Gas Furnace installed to replace my top floor unit. The entire experience was very pleasant. They sent 3 guys to do the work and it was completed in 1 day. The technicians were polite, professional and they cleaned up before they left. I not only recommend All Year Cooling and Heating, I will get them to return in a year or 2 to replace the ground floor system.

Woke up to a freezing house and found we had issues with condensation pumps and lines. Called the All Year Team and they delivered. Donna was super supportive and got an appointment setup, then Junior shows up and solves our issue. He was great and we appreciated how informative he was. This team is class act top to bottom, thank you! Should be your call for any HVAC needs.

All Year Cooling & Heating is a great find! They are prompt in scheduling an estimate and text ahead of time notifying when their technician is on the way. Josh is fantastic! He is courteous, respectful and very efficient. His no BS and friendly approach is greatly appreciated. He told me straight up they don't scam.
(I had another company come last week. They took pictures of the vents, didn't bother going to the attic, didn't inspect anything and sent me a quote for $812! Ridiculous!)
I'm so grateful I found All Year Cooling & Heating and they sent Josh out. He saw all the vents, went to the attic and removed the intake and return ducts, inspected and informed they are clean and nothing is needed. He properly secured them, per code. He left my attic clean.
Josh took the time to answer questions about the ducts and extra help with some other questions on things around my house, which he didn't need to do, but I am very thankful he went above-and-beyond.
I couldn't be more impressed with Josh and All Year Cooling & Heating. I'll definitely reach out to them again when I need help. They're great!

We've been using All Year for years maintaining our a/c and heating units for until they needed to be replaced. We recently had a couple of gas leaks and were without heat, water and a stove. They came out and made the repairs. Unfortunately, other leaks were found and again they were here to fix it each time. We're very grateful for their entire team! Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! We had an unusual situation with our heat pump and we asked several companies to come out to give us a quote for a replacement. All Year was the only one that took the time to say something wasn’t right and wanted to see if they could fix it before we spent the money for a whole new unit. Alex went above and beyond in helping us and had great communication through the whole process. We ended up needing a replacement but we were ok with it because we felt confident all the other options had been explored. Matt and Austin did our install and they were very hard workers. They even took the time to take care of some little things I had questions about and ordered a new bulb for our UV light for us. Great, great experience working with this company!
